PLOT ELLIPSE x,y,hradius,vradius <integer, integer, integer,intger >

This function outputs a hollow ellipse centred at x,y with horizontal radius hradius, and vertical radius vradius to the printers surface. This function as analogous to the ellipse function in Dark Basic. The colour of the circle is the current fore colour that has been set using the printer ink command.
